Team Week: A Tradition Uniting Our Present and Future
As each year draws to a close and it's time to take stock, it's especially important to remember that behind every achievement are our people. Our people—those who create, sustain, develop, and drive the company forward every day. Since 2022, when we embarked on our independent journey following the parent company's departure from the market, we've had many reasons to be proud. Foremost among them is our strong team.
When our company was founded, the goal was not simply to survive under new circumstances. It was vital to preserve the spirit, knowledge, and professional traditions cultivated over years, while simultaneously laying the groundwork for a new stage of growth. We safeguarded our expertise, relationships, and approach to work—and began forging new traditions, reflecting what we we are today. One such tradition became **Team Week**, which we hold annually in November–December.

The Week We Say "Thank You
Team Week is more than just a series of events. It's a moment when we pause, look at one another, express gratitude, and remember what brings us together. Of course, we don't need a specific date to say "thank you." But when employees at all levels share stories, recall tough moments where colleagues provided support, and company directors personally thank individuals for their contributions to our shared mission, a special kind of magic happens. A simple "thank you" becomes the invisible glue, helping us stay united through periods of high pressure and complex challenges.
The highlight of this week was the traditional Town Hall meeting with all company offices. This year, we not only discussed the results of the past three years and plans for the future, but we also virtually linked up across the different cities and countries where our teams are based. It was an open conversation about what we're proud of, the challenges we've overcome, and where we go next. Importantly, every participant can feel that their contribution is part of a larger story, and the company's success is always the result of collaborative effort.

Where Culture Comes to Life
Team Week is a time when corporate culture isn't just described in slide decks—it is experienced by everyone. A company's culture isn't a document or a slogan on a website. It's how we act in difficult situations, how we treat colleagues and clients, how we make decisions every day.
We talk a lot about our core values: responsibility, partnership, trust, and professionalism. But these words truly come alive through concrete stories. Someone shares a challenging project where a colleague from another department provided crucial support. Another recounts how timely words from a manager helped them not to give up. These stories weave the living fabric of our corporate culture and show that values are not a formality, but a daily practice.

Learning, Growth, and Inspiration
An important part of Team Week is traditionally dedicated to development. Each year, we select topics that help us grow professionally and personally, so that we better understand the world around us, and better understand each other. These can be strategy sessions, masterclasses, meetings with invited experts, or inspiring discussions within the team.
This year, we held a series of webinars on managing stress, countering cyber threats, how changes in tax regulation could impact everyone's life and work, and how to put Artificial Intelligence to work for us. For us, it's important that every participant walks away not only with new knowledge and practical tools, but also with a sense of belonging to something greater—to our shared forward vision.

The Path Forward
The past three years have shown that we know how to change, adapt, and grow without losing our authenticity. We've managed to preserve the best of what came before us while boldly looking ahead, opening new directions, new ways of working, and new traditions. Team Week has become our annual reminder that a company is, first and foremost, its people. They are the ones who define what our culture, our decisions, and our future will be like.
